Procurement of contracts financed by the SRTF will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the SRTF Procurement Guidelines, further detailed in the SRTF Operations Manual and Procurement Manual, accessible at www.srtfund.org. Participation is in principle open to bidders from any country and goods from any country, unless specifically otherwise defined in the guidelines, manuals, or specific bidding documents.
Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under ICB (International Competitive Bidding), LIB (Limited International Bidding) and NCB (National Competitive Bidding) procedures will be announced, as they become available, on the SRTF website and possibly in UN Development Business, dgMarket and technical magazines, newspapers, and trade publications of international or regional circulation.
Interested potential bidders are invited to register their interest by e-mail to procurement@srtfund.org, indicating name and contact details, type of business with range of activities and components, as mentioned in this notice, for which it considers bidding for. Such registration is no pre-condition to participation in bidding procedures. On publication of bidding documents, the SRTF would inform registered potential bidders directly.
